Middletown Township Supervisors provided preliminary approval for the site to be zoned for an Age-Qualified Community and for the updated site plan that includes 129 total homes. The plans will continue through the land development process until it reaches final approval. The development team will continue to meet with neighbors and gather feedback.

Friends of Farms Edge and Foxlane Homes presented their updated plan before the Middletown Township Planning Commission. Following several community town halls and one-on-one meetings with neighbors, the development team revised the plan to reduce the number of townhomes—allowing for more open space, increasing setbacks, and enhancing stormwater drainage infrastructure for the surrounding neighborhood. The Planning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the updated plan that will continue through the land development process.
